We have a team of dedicated people with deep expertise in technical sales, instrumentation installation and service, and office administration. As President of Gripp, Inc., Judy Gripp leads the team with a focus on customer service. Sharon Hodges is our office manager and handles in-house sales. Brenda Smith covers operations and IT. Matt ZurSchmiede and Keith Hicks work in the field with our customers for technical sales. Clint Jones is our Field Services Manager. Our Field Service Technicians are: Robert Lang, Adam Herbort, Montana Goens, and Jeff Teter.

Our Field Services Technicians work to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair instruments, equipment, and systems used in water and wastewater management. With a focus on safety, we install samplers and flow meters, diagnose and solve technical problems in the field, and work with instrument panels. We deliver data, calibration, and other reports.
