Jason Holcomb and Nick Hicks are Field Service Supervisors. Stefani Lutz is our Operations Manager. Judy Gripp took over the company in August 2013. Over the next ten years she and the leadership team grew the staff, doubled the territory, and expanded the product lines. Then, with the insightful help of a professional team, she created a path for key employees to become owners. By August 2023, Gripp, Inc. made the successful transition to new owners. Now, the company is owned by Matt ZurSchmiede (pictured right), Keith Hicks (pictured left) and Clint Jones (not pictured). Sharon Hodges (left) and Judy Gripp are now retired.

Our Field Services Technicians work to install, calibrate, maintain, and repair instruments, equipment, and systems used in water and wastewater management. With a focus on safety, we install samplers and flow meters, diagnose and solve technical problems in the field, and work with instrument panels. We deliver data, calibration, and other reports.
