Judy Gripp
RETIRED
Judy Gripp had over 30 years of experience in the field of environmental monitoring and instrumentation. She started as a service technician for R.C. Hoffman Co., Inc. in 1984, where she worked on repairs and calibrations for Teledyne Isco instruments used in air and water quality monitoring. She grew into roles including service manager and then outside technical sales. In August 2013 she took over leadership of Gripp, Inc. with a focus on meeting the needs of customers across Indiana, Kentucky and southern Ohio. Then, with the insightful help of a professional team, she created a path for key employees to become owners. By August 2023, Gripp, Inc. made the successful transition to new owners and Judy retired.
Judy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art and a Certificate in Electronic Technology.
