Judy Gripp
CEO
Judy Gripp has over 30 years of experience in the field of environmental monitoring and instrumentation. She started as a service technician for R.C. Hoffman Co., Inc. in 1984, where she worked on repairs and calibrations for Teledyne Isco instruments used in air and water quality monitoring. She grew into roles including service manager and then outside technical sales. Now, she leads Gripp, Inc. with a focus on meeting the needs of customers across Indiana, Kentucky and southern Ohio.
Judy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art and a Certificate in Electronic Technology.
